Natren's Healthy Start Probiotics (30 day supply)
Recommended Instructions: (Note: instructions differ from bottle.) Take 2 hours apart from medications.
Day 1: Take 1 Mega Dophilus (bottle #1) Capsule in the morning.
Day 2: Take 1 Mega Dophilus (bottle #1) Capsule in the morning and Take 1 Bifido Factor (bottle #2) Capsule in the evening.
Day 3: Take 1 Mega Dophilus(bottle #1) Capsule in the morning, Take 1 Digesta Lac (bottle #3) Capsule mid-day and Take 1 Bifido Factor (bottle #2) in the evening.
Continued through desired:Take 1 Mega Dophilus(bottle #1) Capsule in the morning, Take 1 Digesta Lac (bottle #3) Capsule mid-day and Take 1 Bifido Factor (bottle #2) in the evening.
